Ticket Information

Get tickets

Event tickets can be bought online through our Tickets page.

Buy tickets

A guard scans a guest's ticket on their phone.

You will need your tickets to enter the facility. We use paperless mobile ticket entry for our events. After you purchase your tickets, you will need to add it to your mobile wallet or save it to your email.

Major credit or debit cards are accepted for ticket payments. We accept the following:

  • Visa
  • Master Card
  • American Express
  • Discover

We do not accept cash unless the event organizer makes the request (see the listing’s event details).

Please note:

  • We do not offer sales over the phone.
  • We do not have 3rd party ticket sales. Tickets are only sold through the official Curtis Culwell Center website. Any other tickets/QR barcodes will not be accepted. We are not able to honor, replace, or refund invalid tickets.
  • We do not sell graduation tickets. Contact your campus or organization (if tickets are required, children and babies will need tickets).
  • We do not allow exiting and re-entering the facility. New tickets must be bought to re-enter. See the door supervisor at that entrance if you have a medical emergency.
  • All sales are final and tickets can not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Tickets should not be resold without written permission from the Curtis Culwell Center.

Accessible seating

ADA seating is available for all events at the Center.

General admission ADA seats are first come, first served. ADA reserved seating tickets will be available online and listed as “ADA seating”.

Box Office

Box office is located on the East Side of the building close to the Conference Center.
