Guest Safety Policies
There are rules on what guests can bring into our venue. These policies help ensure guest safety and allow for faster entry into events.
Clear Bag Policy
The CCC encourages guests not to bring bags to events. If you choose to bring a bag, only the following bags will be allowed:
- Clear tote: Can be made of plastic, vinyl or PVC. Bags cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
- Plastic storage bag: Must be a clear, resealable, one-gallon size bag.
- Small clutch purse: Should be approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. Clutches cannot be larger than 6.5" and 4.5" with or without a handle or strap.
- Items related to medical conditions: Our facility must inspect necessary medical items. Please limit the number of items you bring to the Curtis Culwell Center.
Prohibited items
Guests may not bring prohibited items to our facility. These items include, but are not limited to:
- All purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch, including:
- Backpacks
- Briefcases
- Camera Bags
- Diaper Bags
- Drawstring Bags
- Fanny Packs
- Computer Bags
- Coolers
- Luggage of any kind
- Seat Cushions
- Video cameras or cameras with lenses greater than 6"
- Flags, signs, or banners
- Outside food or drinks
- Noisemakers
- Umbrellas
- Balloons
- Weapons
- Animals (excluding certified service animals)
- Flowers
- Cigarettes/E-Cigs/Vapes/Lighters
- Wrapped gifts
All carried items and entrants are subject to search. Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items will be confiscated, and the person in possession is subject to arrest. Our staff will dispose of items left at the door.
